Decades ago in Mérida, Yucatán, the "Salsa de los Tres Chiles" was created. Inspired by chillies from different gardens, ancho, guajillo and chile de árbol chillies were combined with spices. This unique blend became a culinary legacy that adorns emblematic dishes of the region, reminding us how passion and creativity can bring to life timeless gastronomic treasures.
